How do I confirm my seat?

Regardless if you have won or bought your package you need to send an e-mail to conceptsupport@dailypoker.com

This e-mail should include:
Username:                  Your DailyPoker username.
Package type:             Tournament won date or bought date.
Participants:                Username or real name on all participants staying in your room.
                                   (Only yours if you come alone = single room).
Poker tournament:      Who from your room are to play the poker tournament?
Arrival:                        When do you and the others in your room arrive in Riga?

Based on your information DailyPoker will send you an overview of any missing payment to complete your package (the €550 packages includes everything for one participant). You will also receive information on which heat you and your room mates are playing (you can include preferred heat in the e-mail - heat 1 starts at 14:00 while heat 2 starts at 20:00).
